Kloud9 strives to ensure that all dogs in its care are safe and we take the utmost care with out 4-legged friends. In order to do that, it is a condition of booking that owners agree to the following prior to a booking being accepted:

1) Your dog must be over 3 months old for walking & minding.

2) Your dog must have an identity tag with phone number for walking & minding.

3) Your dog must be in good health to the best of your knowledge.  If a dog falls ill under Kloud9 care we will notify you immediately & with your permission, seek immediate veterinary care.  If we're unable to contact you quickly. we will still seek veterinary care.  The owner agrees to pay all associated fees.

4) Your dog must be non-aggressive to people or animals and non-possessive over toys & food. Kloud9 reserves the right to cancel bookings for dogs that show these traits.

5) If you have an outdoor pet, garden fencing must be secure & gates preferably lockable.

6) We would prefer your dog to be Council Registered & wearing a tag.  However if they are not & we receive a penalty fine whilst out walking the owner will pay any fine that may be issued.

7) We would prefer your dog to be microchipped.

8) Deposit: 50% is payable upon booking for Minding (refundable up to 5 full days prior to departure). Direct Deposit, Cash or cheque is accepted.  Balance is payable within 1 week of return.

9) During holiday periods the daily rate increases to $30 per day for Minding.

10) Cancellations: People who have booked Minding but change their plans giving less than 5 days’ notice will forfeit their 50% deposit.
